We started this business for several reasons.  First and foremost, because I love to bake.  Second of all, because it seems that the craziness of everyday life has made it difficult for people to take the time to bake for the activities that KEEP them busy.  I have gone to weddings and birthday parties and football tailgates, pretty much every other function out there and too often there were either NO cookies or cookies from a bag.  With Salvino Dolci, people can enjoy some fantastic cookies with the people they love with out worrying about the clean up of stress of how much time it take to make several kinds of sweet treats.  You relax!  I'll do the work.... I don't even mind if you take the credit!
