In the Italian culture, food is the focus
of daily life. I was raised in an Italian family, married an Italian, and was fortunate enough to create another generation
of Italian-Americans. All of this means one thing: I BETTER know how to cook. Lucky for me, I have a mother
and father who love to cook and bake. I have been with them in the kitchen since before I can remember.
My passion for food lies greatly in baking! The cookies of Salvino Dolci range from biscotti to thumbprints, from pizzelles
to truffles, with a little something for the sweet tooth in everyone! Feel free to look around the site and see what

things fresh and new! After HOURS of testing new recipes, we have delevoped the RAV! That's right! A soft
cookie ravioli filled with creamy milk chocolate. You don't have to be Italian to love this cookie, although it is quite
delicious with a steamy hot cup of espresso.
